1. Get a preapproval
Having a preapproval will allow you to go to showings prepared to place an offer.
3. Place an offer
Once you find the property, you will work with your Realtor® to place an offer.
4. Offer Acceptance = Contract
Once your offer is accepted, you are in a binding contract.
5. Due Diligence Period
This is the time to complete the inspection and negotiate any changes due to the property condition.
6. Appraisal
The appraisal will tell you what the property is worth.
7. Closing
Once you close with an attorney, you are a homeowner. "Congratulations"
